Harmony Square

The Contract Management Manual refers to the use of 21 schedules.

The schedules are used to cover various aspect of the contract management process from the Contract Commencement Certificate to Contract Performance Summary.

Some guidelines and related schedules may not be relevant to the contract that you are managing. You will need to determine which schedules are relevant to the issues that you are addressing.

Refer to the Contract Management Manual below for guidance on the use of each schedule.

Report templates

Templates for the CEO, Director or Tender Board reports can be found in the following Objective folder. These can only be accessed by project managers and responsible project officers.

Broadly speaking, the current levels of Financial delegation within the organisation for writing report are as follows:

  • Director Report: $75,000 - $150,000 (including GST)
  • CEO Report: $151,000 - $200,000 (including GST)
  • Tender Board Report: $201,000 to $500,000 (including GST)
