The CGD career planning approach
We will encourage and support all staff to develop their own careers and development.
We will provide you with information and options to make informed decisions about your future development.
In partnership with Organisational Development, staff in leadership roles will ensure every team member has an opportunity to discuss their career and take action to achieve their goals. This will usually be during the annual Personal Development Plan (PDP) discussion.
Development ideas
Not all career development requires training. There are many other ways to gain valuable knowledge and skills that will contribute to your professional development.
