Any permanent, temporary or casual employee, a member of their immediate family, or volunteers performing work for Council under a formal arrangement with Council's Volunteers service, may access this independent and confidential counselling service at no cost to them. The service is provided by Converge International.
Eight streams of support are available (see below).
Family Support is available to immediate family members of employees. All seven other streams are available to employees only. Up to four sessions are available per issue, except for Legal Assist, which offers up to two sessions.
