Systems and Processes
UConnect
UConnect is available again, and you can commence making any retrospective entries.
Position changes (e.g. variation of employment, higher duties, secondments, change of hours), and/or changes to employee financial information (e.g. bank account, super details, deductions, changes to allowances), can also re-commence.
Org Chart
The Organisation Chart has been updated and is now available to be viewed on The Source.
If you see any errors in the chart, please help us make timely updates by emailing them to onegreaterdandenongreview@cgd.vic.gov.au.
ZZ Email Groups
We are continuing to update ZZ Email Groups and expect this to be completed by the end of the week. If you need any urgent changes, please email onegreaterdandenongreview@cgd.vic.gov.au.
If you experience implementation related IT issues, also email onegreaterdandenongreview@cgd.vic.gov.au.
Recruitment
We expect announcements on the appointment of the acting Manager of Customer Experience and the Manager of City Development by the end of this week.
If you have any questions about your team, supervision or issues specific to your area, your Manager or Executive Director will be happy to clarify them.
