Reward and Recognition

Rewarding and recognising the efforts of your peers, supervisors and managers helps people feel valued and appreciated and makes Council and even more enjoyable place to work.

The City of Greater Dandenong is committed to rewarding and recognising the efforts of all staff to ensure they feel valued and appreciated. Council's Reward and Recognition program offers tools and suggestions for providing formal and informal reinforcement for positive workplace behaviours and achievements.
