Service
The service offers up to six treatments for both personal and work related muscular skeletal injuries.
Initial appointments run for 45 minutes to allow for the collection of information and treatment options. The remaining appointments run for 30 minutes each. Staff must advise their Coordinator, Team Leader or Manager of their appointment.
This service is only available to staff directly employed by the City of Greater Dandenong Council.

Guidelines
The service offers up to six treatments for muscular skeletal injuries, however the Physiotherapist my extend the number of treatments based on the injury prognosis.
- Staff must advise their Coordinator, Team Leader or Manager of their appointment.
- Priority will be given to work related injuries.
- The Physiotherapist will recommend follow up treatment at each appointment.
- Multiple bookings are not allowed unless stipulated by the Physiotherapist.
- All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. For extenuating circumstances, a reasonable explanation is required.
- Once a booking is cancelled it will be filled with the first person on the waiting list. We request that under no circumstances do you arrange for someone else to take your place in the event you have to cancel.

Booking an Appointment
Please make sure you have consulted with your Team Leader/Manager before requesting an appointment.
To book an appointment please email workcover@cgd.vic.gov.au with the following information:
- Type of injury
- Is it work related? Please complete an online incident report.
- Is it non-work related?
- Day and preferred location (please see below)
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Mobile number
Once we receive your request the Health and Safety team will contact you with an available time subject to availability.
Upon arrival, we ask that you wait outside the allocated room and the Physiotherapist will collect you when ready.
Please note that priority will be given to work related injuries and any appointments made for non work related injuries may need to be rescheduled.

- Every second Thursday: Planned Activity Group: 6 Mackay Street, Springvale - 12.30pm - 3.30pm
- Every second Thursday: Dandenong Civic Centre: Meeting Room 4-S1 - 12.30pm - 3.30pm
