Work From Home

The building has gotten quieter as more and more staff are working from home. Please find some resources below.

Top Tips

Tip 1. We loved the EDU tip. Each day they have 30 at 10. At 10am every day they all check into a Skype meeting and chat for 30 minutes and share how they are all going and what is happening that day.

Tip 2. Take breaks. Sometimes it is so easy to get caught up in tasks that you forget to take breaks. Make sure you get up a stretch regularly and take a proper lunch break.

Physiotherapy Service

The physiotherapy service can be accessed remotely, through phone, email and video conferencing. For staff that are working from home, it is important to use the physio to help maximise your home work environment and be as safe as possible.

You can also have a very effective remote consultation - one staff member has tried it and said that 'It was like being in the room with him...an excellent, practical experience in the working from home environment'.
