The following draft procedure has been recently reviewed by the OHS Policy-Sub Committee and is now ready for all staff to provide feedback. 

Please provide your comments to the OHS Team ohs@cgd.vic.gov.au by Monday 4 August.

As a reminder, the members of the OHS Policy Sub-Committee comprise of three Management Representatives and three Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs):
