Did you know you can request a file from the Objective menu?
Records will approve and create the file for you. Once a file has been created you do not need to wait for it to be approved to start working in it. The Records department will notify you if the name does not meet corporate standards or needs to be moved to another part of the system.
Did you know?
Once an Objective file contains more than 1000 objects (documents, emails etc) you will no longer be able to browse its contents. The file will also have red circle with a minus symbol in it next to it.
When you double-click on the file you will be prompted to search for content inside the file.
