Please note that effective today, Monday 20 February 2023, the process for leaving items at customer service counters (Dandenong, Parkmore and Springvale) has changed. This process is applicable to all items left at customer service for collection by couriers and or other agents including staff, residents, etc.

To leave items for pickup staff will be required to complete an online form advising who left the item, who will pick it up and date pick-up is to be expected. Once the online form is submitted, a link will be emailed with the advice to print the form and to take it with the item to customer service.

Please Note:

  • Items will not be accepted without the printed form – you may contact customer service if you are having any issues.
  • Please confirm pick up date with courier/agent picking up the item. 
  • Items will be held at customer service for a maximum of one week. If not collected they will be returned to sender.
