Postage, Item Collection and Courier services

Ordering Prepaid Postage Stationery

Staff requiring prepaid postage stationery from Australia Post need to complete the Australia Post fax order form and follow the instructions below.

Australia Post fax order form - 

Guide to completing form:

  1. Company name: City of Greater Dandenong
  2. Contact person:  Enter name and department
  3. Phone: Enter department phone number
  4. Pick-up or Delivered: Select  the ‘Delivered’
  5. Delivery Address: City of Greater Dandenong, Records Department, Level 5/225 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong 3175
  6. Payment Method: Charge account No. 37564
  7. Select: Type of stationery and indicate quantity required noting envelopes are sold in packs of 10 and labels in rolls of 50

Important information once form is completed:

  • Orders must be authorised and the form signed by a Department Manager, Coordinator or Team leader, then forwarded to Records.
  • Record will scan and email the order to Australia Post, and save the form in Objective.
  • Once an order is delivered, the relevant department will be notified to collect and sign.

Items for Collection at Customer Service Counters

Staff who need to leave items for collection either by courier or other agent at Council's Customer Service counters (Dandenong, Parkmore or Springvale) are required to follow the instructions below,

  1. Complete and submit online form below
  2. The completed form will be emailed to the requestee’s email address
  3. The requestee/staff member leaving the item is required to print completed form and provide it to Customer Service counter at one of our three collection points (Dandenong, Parkmore or Springvale)

Please note: 

  • Items will not be accepted without the printed form – contact Customer Service if you are having any issues.

  • Please confirm pick up date with courier/agent picking up the item. 

  • Items will be held at customer service for a maximum of one week. If not collected they will be returned to sender.
