It is really important that we all look after ourselves. That is why we are bringing back some regular wellbeing tips to help you look after yourself.
This week we bring you 10 things you can do to have the best kind of day.
- Nourish yourself with real, whole, colourful food.
- Move your body in a way that feels good for you.
- Step outside and get some fresh air. Fresh air, fresh perspective!
- Sufficient sleep. Getting between 7-9 hours is key to functioning well.
- Stay hydrated. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
- Create your own calm (through meditation or breathing).
- Connect with someone you love.
- Manage Technology. To really unplug give yourself some technology free time throughout the day.
- Be Kind. Reach out to help or support another.
- Self-Care. Tune in and help support yourself by doing something you enjoy.
