The Working from Home policy provides guidance on how to formalise a working from home agreement and the requirements for assessing the home working environment to ensure health and safety obligations are met.
Mandatory steps for applying for, developing and implementing a work from home proposal are:
- Employee and manager complete a Working from Home Proposal form
 - Employee and member of Health, Safety and Risk team complete a home office inspection
 - Employee, Manager and Director complete and sign a Working from Home Agreement and Employment Variation form
