This week security updates are being automatically installed to Windows 10 computers. These updates will target all staff Windows 10 computers and are mainly targeting security risks in Windows and Acrobat.
These updates will install automatically either from the office or home (over the VPN). You do not need to manually intervene in these updates, except when you shutdown, please ensure you select ‘install updates and shutdown’ if prompted.
Note: If you are still being prompted to install the previous major Windows updates each day, please contact the service desk if you need assistance.
