Team Harmony take on the LGMA Challenge

Dandenong Civic Centre

The LGMA Australasian Management Challenge is Australia and New Zealand’s premier forum for current and emerging local government leaders.

For this year’s LGMA Challenge we had a team of five representing the City of Greater Dandenong supported by a team mentor, naming themselves 'Team Harmony'. The team successfully completed the pre-challenge task which focused on the design and delivery of a community engagement program targeting the illegal dumping of rubbish across Council through reporting and education.

The team also participated in the LGMA Challenge event last Friday 4 April. The event consisted of a range of activities which required leadership, fostering teamwork and each team member displaying the REACH values to achieve the required outcomes on the day.

Congratulations to all team members and their mentor, Lynne Curtis (Acting Volunteer Program Leader).
