Thumbs up and clapping

Pats on the back to our Customer Experience, Parks and Works teams. A resident was thrilled with our responsiveness on tree pruning, fixing signs and lovely customer service. Multiple officers all contributed to ensuring this customer had a great experience of Council.

Hi Council,

About two months ago, I reported a tree on the nature strip that was affecting my property, council pruned the branches of the tree within three weeks. I am very happy.

Soon after, at lunch time I went to a customer service centre and reported the road sign and speed limit sign were very loose and tilted. I couldn't believe my eyes, when I got home at 5.30pm I saw that the poles (signs) were fixed, so quick.

This showed me that you care about the safety of residents and your work efficiency is really high. On behalf of my neighbours, thank you!

I have been to Council many times in the past because of my house construction. I want to share that your staff are very professional, helpful and polite. Both the counter service and the telephone service are very pleasant. I hope you can always be like this.
