I wanted to put it in writing to you about my appreciation for the fabulous customer service that I received from Erland over the past six weeks or so. He really did go above and beyond, looking into the details for us, to come up with an excellent outcome for all. Erika is delighted to be getting her green bin!
I know that often many of us have tendencies to focus on negatives and the areas where we can always do better, and this of course can serve a purpose if appropriately constructed. It is of course important to ensure that this is balanced out with an acknowledgement of positive attributes and the things that have gone well. Erland has shown an amazing “can do, will do” attitude which I rarely encounter in my liaisons with staff from the various external organizations who I contact on a daily basis. His attention to detail was fabulous, which I very much appreciated, as well as his commitment to a successful conclusion.
