The CGD IT team will deploy the new version of Jabra Direct software silently from Monday 20 September to all Windows computers.
Once the new Jabra software is installed you may see a prompt to upgrade your headset as follows. You may proceed to upgrade the headset as follows, but please ensure that if you have a wireless headset, it is docked during this process:
Future updates to your headset will be automatically available and you can follow the same process to install them. Otherwise you can open the Jabra software manually by right clicking on the icon (see below) then selecting “Open Jabra Direct”.
