IT Tip: Is there a solution in the IT Knowledge Base?

When entering a new incident in the IT Service Desk portal, start by entering keywords that relate to your incident in the Subject field.

You may find that a solution to your issues has already been published in the IT Knowledge Base. Solutions will appear in the right-hand panel as seen below.
