As we approach the end of the financial year, please take note of the following important reminders and deadlines:
Final Pay Run for FY 2024–25
The last pay run for the financial year is for the fortnight ending 15 June, and it will be processed on 17 June.
Update Your Details
- Please ensure your address and personal details are up to date.
- Review and update your superannuation contributions to avoid exceeding contribution caps ($30,000).
Payment Summaries
No payment summaries will be issued by Payroll. All income and tax information can be accessed via your MyGov account.
Payroll Availability
The Payroll Team will have limited availability from 16 to 20 June.
Submission Deadlines
To ensure timely processing before the end of the financial year:
- All Pay Variations, Timesheets, Travel Claims and UConnect Applications must be submitted by midday Friday 13 June.
- If you have pre-approved weekend overtime, the deadline is extended to 10am Monday 16 June.
Late submissions will be held for the next pay run after the financial year. No off-cycle payments will be processed between 17 June and 1 July.
