A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Employee Experience Survey. We received over 430 responses – a Council record. By sharing your insights and experiences, you’ve helped us build a clearer picture of what’s working well and where we can improve.
Importantly, the survey results don’t just stand alone. They will directly feed into the development of our next Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) and play a key role in shaping our future gender equality work.
This means your feedback will help guide the actions we take to create a fairer, more inclusive and supportive workplace for everyone.
Over the coming months, we’ll share the results with you and outline the action plan we’re developing in response. Our goal is to ensure the outcomes of the survey are not only visible but meaningful — driving positive change across the organisation.
