We’re getting ready to launch an important Employee Experience Survey across Council. The survey will be available from Monday 18 August and will run for three weeks.
Delivered by an independent provider, the survey is completely anonymous and confidential, providing a safe space for all employees to share their workplace experiences. It’s a key opportunity to reflect on areas like gender equality, diversity, inclusion and cultural safety, and your feedback will directly inform our efforts to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
While participation is voluntary, the survey is relevant to everyone, and we’re hoping for strong engagement to ensure a wide range of perspectives are captured.
The questions have been developed by the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector and will help us meet our reporting obligations under the Gender Equality Act 2020.
All the collected data will be handled securely and in line with Victorian and Commonwealth privacy laws. Keep an eye out for the survey link and further details next week.
