Early Payroll Cut Off for the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday

Due to the Melbourne Cup public holiday, payroll processing for the fortnight ending 2 November 2025, will occur earlier than usual. 
The pay run will be processed on Friday 31 October 2025.

To ensure timely processing, please note the following deadlines:
•    All position and personal changes must be emailed to Payroll by 9am, Wednesday 29 October.
•    Timesheets and travel claims must be submitted to Payroll by 12pm Wednesday 29 October.
•    Leave applications and timesheets via UConnect must be submitted and approved by 12pm, Thursday 30 October.
•    Pays will be transferred on Friday 31 October.
