Over the past 18 months we have been developing a range of new documents which guide Council’s strategic direction for the next four years and beyond.
Many of you have been involved in activities within the community, helping to develop key priorities and creating actions for the next financial year to help us meet our objectives.
At the CEO Town Hall Briefings last week, Jacqui outlined our Council Plan strategic objectives and provided information on what we will be focusing on from 2025-29.
We heard from more than 3,300 community members through various engagements from May to July and a deliberative panel held between October and November.
This feedback has been used to develop the following key documents and they are now open for a final round of community consultation:
- Proposed Council Plan 2025-29
- Proposed Annual Plan 2025-26
- Proposed Budget 2025-26
- Proposed Long Term Financial Plan 2026-35
- Proposed Revenue and Rating Plan 2025-29
- Proposed Asset Plan 2025-35

The final documents will be presented to Council on Monday 23 June for endorsement.
