Civic Centre Meeting Room Update

Meeting rooms 4-N1 and 5-N1 now have permanent surface hubs in them for staff to use.

Please note the surface hub names are 4-N1 Surface Hub and 5-N1 Surface Hub when inviting this through your calendar.

The two portable surface hubs will now be used exclusively on level 2 for the function rooms.
