Around 85 leaders from across Council gathered at the beautiful Tatterson Pavilion in Keysborough on Friday for a day of learning, sharing and planning. We started with an interactive AI session, where we tangled with ethical, humanist and responsible use of AI.
Then we brought our disciplines and expertise from across Council to add thinking to the city’s Economy and Place Strategy. After lunch, we were supported to consider the very rapid pace of change in our world, and how we’re going to adapt to changing conditions. We worked on strategies in action. This meant identifying the prevailing conditions affecting our work and community, and making sure our business plans take account of these. We reviewed draft business plans and considered adjusting them with fresh insights.
