Employee Experience Survey 2025

Don't miss out on having your say. Our Employee Experience Survey closes 5pm, this Friday

Take the survey

Our Employee Experience Survey has been opened since Monday 18 August and we encourage all staff to take part. The survey will be closed at 5pm on Friday 5 September.

This survey is a requirement under the Gender Equality Act 2020. By Monday 1 December we will lodge a gender audit and final progress report, including these survey results, to the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector—both critical for maintaining transparency and alignment with our Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) commitments.

Anonymous and independent

Delivered by an independent provider, the survey is completely anonymous and confidential. We get the results aggregated to groups of people, so it’s not possible to re-identify any individual’s answers.

The survey asks about your experiences, particularly in relation to gender equality, diversity, inclusion and cultural safety.

Who can or should complete the survey?

The survey is open to all employees, regardless of your role, location or work arrangement. While participation is voluntary, we’re aiming for strong engagement to ensure we capture a broad range of perspectives. We also want good representation from across our workforce – men, women, people of different ages, roles and seniority.

Planning will commence shortly for our next GEAP covering 2026–2030.
